D.I.Y Floors is the wholesale division of Briz Floors Pty Ltd. We are a wholly Australian owned and family operated company, specialising in the flooring industry since 2008

Can I Visit Your Showroom?

Of course. We would love to meet you. You can find us at 24, 20-22 Ellerslie Rd, Meadowbook Qld.

Why Is Our Pricing So Low?

Because we sell and install a lot of product we have been able to negotiate substantial discounts with our suppliers. We then pass the savings on to our D.I.Y members. The caveat is, that we can't show you the pricing until you complete and confirm your details.

What is The product warranty?

Each product's warranty varies. You can download the warranties from the main product pages.

I have changed my mind, Can I Get A Refund?

No, we do not offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind, buy the wrong amount or buy the wrong colour.

What do i do if my Product is Damaged in transit?

Please inspect your delivery carefully together with the delivery driver.

You need to write a clear description of the damage on both yours and the driver's delivery docket, plus they will need to be signed on both copies by you and the driver.

Please do not accept delivery of the order if there is obvious and major damage. Phone us immediately on 040400404 for instructions.
If you believe the damage cannot be repaired or it is unacceptable then you should refuse to accept delivery.

Please contact us immediately so we can organise a replacement for you.

Please remember, once you sign for the delivery of your order, or give permission to the freight company to leave the damaged order, you will then be personally responsible for filing a claim with the freight company and for all charges for the return shipping.

If you discover shipping damage after the driver has left, you should report it to the shipping company using information on the delivery docket and request an inspection within 10 days of the receipt. Please take some photos showing the damage and keep the original packing material until the inspection has been done. At the same time, please also notify us immediately regarding the damage.

Can I collect my order.

Yes, if you live near our warehouse or one of our suppliers warehouses. Once you enter your address and postcode you will see if you are able to pickup.

What does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate delivery of $88 to the addresses in the metro areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

If you order over $3,000 we offer Free Shipping providing your delivery address is in the metro areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Once you enter your address and post code your shipping or pick options will show.

For all other delivery addresses we can offer excellent rates. We use a variety of shipping companies. As their rates are based on weight, we need to know exactly what you will be ordering for an accurate shipping quote.
