We offer free collection from our Meadowbrook, Qld warehouse. Please be aware that flooring products are HEAVY.

You will need a trailer or vehicle capable of carrying the weight of your order. Please speak to our support team before collection.

Can I Click & Collect Elsewhere?

Depending on where you live and which products you order. You may be able to collect from our suppliers warehouses. Please talk to our support team before placing your order.

What does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate delivery of $88 to the metro areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

We offer Free Shipping, when you order is over $3,000 providing your delivery address is in the metro areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

You will be able to see which shipping options are available for your order, BEFORE your complete the transaction.

For all other delivery addresses we can offer excellent rates. We use a variety of shipping companies. As their rates are based on weight, we need to know exactly what you will be ordering for an accurate shipping quote.

Do I Have To be Home For Delivery?

Yes!! You or someone you authorise on your behalf will need to inspect and sign for your delivery.

What do i do if my Product is Damaged in transit?

Please inspect your delivery carefully together with the delivery driver.

Please do not accept delivery of the order if there is obvious and major damage. Phone us immediately on 040400404 for instructions.
If you believe the damage cannot be repaired or it is unacceptable then you should refuse to accept delivery.

Please contact us immediately so we can organise a replacement for you.

Please remember, once you sign for the delivery of your order, or give permission to the freight company to leave the damaged order, you will then be personally responsible for filing a claim with the freight company and for all charges for the return shipping.

If you discover shipping damage after the driver has left, you should report it to the shipping company using information on the delivery docket and request an inspection within 10 days of the receipt. Please take some photos showing the damage and keep the original packing material until the inspection has been done. At the same time, please also notify us immediately regarding the damage.

How Long Before My Order is Shipped?

Shipping is usually within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
